Joseph Hidalgo, DDS

Dr. Joseph Hidalgo graduated from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 1984. After practicing in Louisiana for 17 years, he and his family moved to the Plano area in 2001 and he has been in private practice here since 2003.

Dr. Hidalgo has completed extensive training in the field of cosmetic dentistry with the prestigious Rosenthal Institute in New York City. He has also received training in advanced implant tooth replacement techniques along with the Comfort Plus Denture. In 2008 he became a level 4 graduate of the OBI Foundation for Bioesthetic Dentistry which focuses on complete dental restorative treatment for patients who have temporomandibular joint issues. He is one of fewer than 500 dentists across the country who has successfully completed this course of treatment.

Dr. Jay and his wife, Pam, live in Plano with their two daughters, Lauren and Caroline. In his free time, he enjoys nothing more than camping, fishing, rock climbing, and doing anything outdoors with his daughters. And of course, he is an LSU Tiger through and through.
